本建物で導⼊されたエレベーター⾏先予報システム（ELE-NAVI）について紹介する。
フラッパーゲートとエレベーターの連動で、乗るエレベーターを瞬時に割り当てられることで、ムダのない運⾏、ストレスフリーの運⾏、スマートな運⾏を実現。オフィスビルでは出勤時に⼈が集中し各階で⼈が降りるとエレベーターの運⾏に時間がかかるが、⾏先階ごとに利⽤者をまとめることで⽬的階までスムーズに移動することができる。
またwithコロナの時代に、エレベーターホールの⼈の滞留・エレベーター内での混雑・エレベーター釦操作を回避できるため、建物内での三密（密閉・密集・密接）回避にもつながるスマートなシステムである。
Operating Procedure
- The card is swiped at a security gate along the elevator path, and the user's destination floor is automatically registered from the card information.
- Your assigned boarding number will instantly be displayed for you to confirm, and once your card is recognised the gate will open and you can pass through.
- There is no need to press the up or down buttons in the elevator hall; simply check the elevator and board.
- The destination floor is automatically registered, so the elevator can be driven to the destination floor without pressing a button.
