Achieving both "ZEB" and WELL certification (pending)
The building has achieved significant energy savings through the orientation of the building, the ingenuity of the openings, architectural techniques to highly improve insulation performance, the adoption of highly efficient equipment, and the use of natural energy. The building also obtained WELL certification, which is contrary to energy conservation, and the annual energy consumption is reduced to zero (minus 6%) through solar panels of approximately 360kW. As a result, the building has achieved BELS' ZEB standard on a scale of over 6,000 m2.

This facility is BELS certified and aims to be a "ZEB" that can cover all energy consumption through energy generation. Based on the idea of ZEB+ (Zeb Plus), which creates further added value, the facility was planned with the aim of creating a space that promotes technological development and demonstration experiments, as well as a comfortable living space with excellent energy efficiency.

In addition, this facility not only pursues energy conservation through "ZEB," but also aims to create a better living environment by adding a perspective of human health to the architecture.
The company is considering obtaining WELL certification in the future, which is an evaluation system that has been established for buildings with high environmental standards. In addition, the building will have a staff cafeteria, which can be used not only as a cafeteria but also as a workplace, with the plan considering how to make it easier for employees to work and stimulate communication.
