This is a new technology research center for an air conditioning construction company, and employs various cutting-edge technologies. A ZEB will be realized using well water, wood biomass gasification generators, large-scale solar power generation, and storage batteries. In addition, the company plans to improve individual satisfaction by controlling air conditioning precisely using location information and thermopiles to improve the intellectual productivity of employees and create a healthy and comfortable working environment.
