- An example of the use of a concrete casting formwork made of lumber boards with reinforcing bars (rebar arrangement), a new formwork material for which Mitsubishi Estate has applied for a patent.
- The formwork material, which is usually discarded, can also be used as an interior (ceiling) finishing material, making this a product that is environmentally friendly and reduces the burden on construction workers. The natural wood grain can be seen as it is "exposed," which also improves the design.
