Construction begins on new building for "Tenjin 1-7 Project (Tentative name)"

Redevelopment project for former "I'ms" site to create new landmark in Tenjin, Fukuoka

We are pleased to announce that construction of the new building for the "(Tentative name) Tenjin 1-7 Project" (Tenjin 1-chome, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture), designed by our company, has begun on May 15, 2024.
This project is a mixed-use building development project for offices, hotels, and retail purposes on the site of the long-loved local urban commercial facility "I'M'S" (completed in 1989). The project will be certified as part of the "Tenjin Big Bang Bonus" program by Fukuoka City in August 2022, and is scheduled for completion at the end of December 2026.
