Received the Technology Award in the Building Equipment category from the Society of Heating, Air-Conditioning and Sanitary Engineers of
"ZEB-related Technology Demonstration Building 'SUSTIE'"
The "Environmental and Equipment Plan for SUSTIE, a ZEB-related Technology Demonstration Building," which we planned, designed, Construction Supervision, and verified, has been awarded the Technology Award in the Building Equipment category at the 62nd Society of Heating, Air-Conditioning and Sanitary Engineers of Japan Awards.
"SUSTIE," which tackled air conditioning equipment planning using passive and general-purpose technologies, the development and introduction of new technologies such as location information of building occupants using indoor units, and automatic search technology for optimal operation using AI, has obtained "ZEB" and WELL Platinum certification, and has been highly praised as an example of achieving both energy savings and comfort and health promotion in a medium-sized office building.
