ZEB-related technology demonstration building "SUSTIE" receives Encouragement Award at the 49th Tokyo Architectural Award
Our design, Mitsubishi Electric's ZEB-related technology demonstration building "SUSTIE," won the Encouragement Tokyo Architectural Award Encouragement Award sponsored by the Tokyo Association of Architects and Building Engineers). This building combines environmental friendliness and wellness, and has obtained the BELS certified "ZEB" certification, which is a certification for reducing environmental impact, as well as the WELL Building Standard® Platinum rank and CASBEE-WO (Wellness Office) S rank, which are certifications for wellness.
