Our employees took the stage at the Facilities Girls' Association roundtable discussion
Our Chief Engineer Satoko Uda (Electrical MEP Engineering Department/R&D Promotion Department) took the stage at a roundtable discussion entitled "What kind of work style is required in the construction equipment industry?", which was held in collaboration between Equipment Girls Association and Work-Life Balance Co., Ltd. Equipment Girls Association was established in 2012 by the Japan Association of Building Equipment Engineers (JBA) as an organization for female equipment engineers to exchange and disseminate information, with the aim of creating an attractive, easy-to-work environment and improving social recognition.
