Our Chief Engineer Satoko Uda (Electrical MEP Engineering Department/R&D Promotion Department) took the stage at a roundtable discussion entitled "What kind of work style is required in the construction equipment industry?", held in collaboration between Equipment Girls' Association and Work-Life Balance Co., Ltd. Equipment Girls' Association was established in 2012 by the Construction Equipment Engineers Association (Inc.) as an organization for female equipment engineers to exchange and disseminate information, and is working to create an attractive, easy-to-work environment and improve social recognition.
