About our new graduate hiring standards
The September 8, 2022 issue of Nikkei Architecture featured an article on the "Design Firm White Paper 2022," and on pages 52-53, there was an article about preferential treatment for first-class architect qualified candidates in new graduate recruitment.
This was created based on responses to the previously conducted "Design Firm Management Trends Survey,"
Our company does not give preference to first-class architects as a new graduate hiring standard. Since articles saying that we "give preference" to those with the qualifications may be misleading, we would like to explain our hiring policy as attached.
