The Mochida Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Head Office Building, for which we were responsible for architectural design and construction supervision, has been awarded ZEB Ready certification.
We are pleased to announce that the Mochida Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Head Office Building (completed in July 2022), for which we were responsible for architectural design and construction supervision, has obtained ZEB Ready certification.
The design of this facility took advantage of its location and used Low-E double-glazed glass with a low solar heat gain coefficient on the main north facade to reduce the air-conditioning load. LED lighting throughout the building, brightness detection control, and occupancy detection control were used to reduce lighting energy consumption, among other things, which helped to obtain certification.
