The Mochida Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Head Office Building, for which we were responsible for architectural design and construction supervision, has been certified as ZEB Ready.
We are pleased to announce that the Mochida Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Head Office Building (completed in July 2022), for which we were responsible for architectural design and construction supervision, has been certified as ZEB Ready.
The design of this facility took advantage of its location to reduce the air conditioning load by using Low-E double-glazed glass on the north-facing main facade, which has a low solar heat gain coefficient. LED lighting throughout the building, brightness detection control, and occupancy detection control were also used to reduce lighting energy consumption, which helped achieve certification.
