Daido Life Niigata Building receives ZEB Ready certification through renovation of existing stock
The Daido Life Niigata Building, owned by Japan Real Estate Investment Corporation, obtained ZEB Ready certification at the design stage on January 21, 2022.
We were in charge of concept design and Construction Management for the building renovation project, and identified the possibility of ZEB based on existing energy data and existing drawings. We also evaluated the energy-saving performance and selected CO2 reduction specifications for the renovation work (reviewing the air conditioning heat source method and equipment capacity, introducing the latest equipment, etc.).
We will continue to support our customers in their efforts to reduce CO2 emissions and achieve their environmental goals.
