Construction begins on Jakarta construction project involving Mitsubishi Mitsubishi Jisho Design Asia

Construction has begun on the "Okura Residence Jakarta/Hotel Okura Jakarta Project (Tentative name)," which is being developed by PT Bima Sarana Perkasa (investors: Mitsubishi Estate and others) in the center of Jakarta, Indonesia.
▼This project is Mitsubishi Estate 's first development of condominium serviced apartments and a hotel in the country, and the first Hotel Okura brand of the same name to open in the country.
▼Our company, together with Mitsubishi Jisho Design Asia (based in Singapore), is responsible for concept design and facade design. The 46-story super-high-rise tower, with a jewelry ring motif, is scheduled for completion in early 2025.
