Mitsubishi Jisho Design Inc. has responded to the state of emergency declared by the Japanese government on April 7th and requests and instructions from local governments (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba, Osaka, Hyogo, and Fukuoka prefectures) by implementing a work-from-home or standby system in principle for all employees at its head office (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) and branches (Hokkaido, Tohoku, Chubu, Kansai, and Kyushu) from April 8th, with the health and safety of employees, customers, and stakeholders as its top priority.
Accordingly, all meetings and consultations with external parties will be conducted via web conferences or telephone as a general rule.
If a meeting becomes unavoidable for business reasons, we will obtain prior consent from the relevant executives of each group and the agreement of all parties involved, and will carry out the meeting with as much consideration as possible in a safe manner.
In addition, the front reception desk at our head office and some branches (Chubu, Kansai, Kyushu) will be closed for the time being until we resolve this situation.
External calls are accepted from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.
We will continue to thoroughly manage the health of our employees and take measures to prevent the spread of infection in accordance with government and local government guidelines.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused to our customers and related parties by these measures, and we ask for your understanding and consideration of the current situation.
