Mitsubishi Estate Group wins three JAPAN WOOD DESIGN AWARD 2024!

"Marunouchi Bloomway" designed by our company and others

Mitsubishi Estate Group 's Mitsubishi Estate Home, Mitsubishi Jisho Design, and Mitsubishi Estate won JAPAN WOOD DESIGN AWARD 2024 for three projects: Kohoku-koji, Marunouchi Kitaguchi Building Marukita Lounge, and Marunouchi Bloomway.

"Marunouchi Bloomway", designed by our company, is a project to install flowerbeds using domestic timber in the Mitsubishi Building and Marunouchi 2-chome Building facing Marunouchi Marunouchi Nakadori Street. Seasonal plants are arranged to transform the corridor into a space where people can stay, improving the appeal of the area. The flowerbeds have a highly flexible structure, and the layout can be changed. Participatory urban development is also promoted through the distribution of flowers, and the results are being monitored as a social experiment.
