(Tentative name) Marunouchi 3-1 Project (Kokusai Building and Imperial Theater Building Reconstruction Plan)
Mitsubishi Jisho Design participated in the overall building design
The Tokyo Metropolitan Government's Urban Revitalization Subcommittee, established under the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's National Strategic Special Zones Council, recently held a meeting to discuss the "Marunouchi 3-1 Project (International Building and Teigeki Building Reconstruction Plan) (Tentative name)" (hereafter, the Plan) being promoted by Mitsubishi Estate Corporation, Toho Co. The Tokyo Metropolitan Government's Urban Revitalization Subcommittee, established under the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's National Strategic Special District Council, has initiated urban planning procedures for the Marunouchi Nakadori Street South Area, which includes the Plan, and the three parties have issued a news release outlining the Plan.
We are pleased to announce that we are involved in the overall design of the building.
