(Tentative name) Marunouchi 3-1 Project (Kokusai Building and Imperial Theater Building Reconstruction Plan)
Mitsubishi Jisho Design is involved in the overall design of the building.

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government's Urban Revitalization Subcommittee, established under the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's National Strategic Special Zones Council, recently held a meeting to discuss the "Marunouchi 3-1 Project (International Building and Teigeki Building Reconstruction Plan) (Tentative name)" (hereafter, the Plan) being promoted by Mitsubishi Estate Corporation, TOHO CORPORATION, and Idemitsu Museum of Arts Foundation. The Tokyo Metropolitan Government's Urban Revitalization Subcommittee, established under the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's National Strategic Special District Council, has initiated urban planning procedures for the Marunouchi Nakadori Street South Area, which includes the Plan, and the three parties have issued a news release outlining the Plan.
