Announcement of organizational changes, introduction of new positions, and changes in executive officers

I. Organizational changes effective April 1st

1. Reorganization of the "Renovation Design Department"
As further growth in Renovation work is expected in response to social needs for the utilization of existing stock against the backdrop of reducing environmental impact, pursuing economic rationality, and preserving cultural and historical value, the current "Renovation Design Department" will be reorganized into "Renovation Design Department 1" and "Renovation Design Department 2" with the aim of expanding business in the future and strengthening the organization.

2. Establishment of the "Strategic Sales Office"
In addition to the customer relations currently overseen by the Sales Promotion Department, a new "Strategic Sales Office" will be established within the Sales Promotion Department to further strengthen sales for developing new customers and supporting development.

3. Transfer of the "Inheritance Design Office"
The "Inheritance Design Office," currently a division within Architectural Design Division, will be transferred to the Renovation Design Division, which is newly established as described above in 1, in consideration of its compatibility with the business activities to be promoted.

*The Grand Green Osaka Project Office will be integrated into the Kansai Branch on April 1st following the completion of construction of the new rental building in the South Block of the Umekita Second Phase District Development Project.

II. Creation of new positions of Principal Architect, Principal Engineer, and Principal Consultant Effective April 1

We appoint individuals with extremely high technical skills and leadership abilities in specific professional fields as Principal Architects, Principal Engineers, and Principal Consultants, and strive to further improve our design and technical capabilities and customer satisfaction, thereby increasing the value of our company.
