Completion of Gotemba Premium Outlet Vertiport, a takeoff and landing site for "flying cars."
We are responsible for architectural design and construction supervision of trailer house-style passenger facilities and operation management facilities.
We provided design and supervision for trailer house-style passenger facilities and flight management facilities at Gotemba Premium Outlets Vertiport (location: Gotemba City, Shizuoka Prefecture), an eVTOL (flying car) takeoff and landing site developed by Mitsubishi Estate Estate Co., Ltd. and Mitsubishi EstateEstateSimonCo.,Ltd.andcompletedarchitectural design and construction supervision May 27, 2025.
This facility is part of our ongoing efforts to propose the concept of a new era of mobility, "SMS: Seamless Mobility System," and is planned as a "Mobalble Room" with the versatility to act as a "mobile asset" that can flexibly accommodate future functional updates and expansions.
