Mitsubishi Estate Group wins 16 GOOD DESIGN AWARD in 2025
Mitsubishi Estate Group wins award for 23 consecutive years
Mitsubishi Estate Group companies Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd., Mitsubishi Estate Residence Co., Ltd., Mitsubishi Jisho Design Inc., and MEC Industry Co., Ltd. have won a total of 16 GOOD DESIGN AWARD in 2025.
Our company received awards for nine projects: the urban development project "Grand Green Osaka (Umekita Park South Park and other areas that opened first)", the tea room "The Warp: Regenerative Wood Design Series", the urban hotel with a wooden hybrid structure "Caption by Hyatt Kabutocho Tokyo", the headquarters/innovation center "Nikon Headquarters/Innovation Center", the office building "ByteDance Chengdu", the residential complex "PREMIST NANPEIDAI", the tenant office "Front Place Chiyoda-Ichibancho", the office building "Shin Aoyama Building Renovation", and the stadium/arena/hotel complex "NAGASAKI STADIUM CITY".
In addition, "Grand Green Osaka (Umekita Park, South Park, and other areas where it will be opened first)" received the Good Focus Award (Community Design), which recognizes designs that particularly contribute to the sustainable development of the local community and economic revitalization.

The Warp: Regenerative Wood Design Series
A 3D printed wooden teahouse pavilion created as an exhibit for Dubai Design Week 2024, combining the traditional Japanese woodworking technique of tsugite with cutting-edge 3D printing technology.

Nikon Corporation Global Headquarters/Innovation Center
This project aims to achieve sustainable growth by consolidating headquarters and R&D functions in a location closely associated with Nikon, strengthening advanced development capabilities, and creating synergies.
Doyin Chengdu Headquarters (ByteDance Chengdu)
An office park project that will be the final piece of the puzzle along Tianfu Boulevard, the city axis of the Tianfu New District in Chengdu, China, where IT companies are concentrated.
PREMIST NANPEIDAI
A 22-unit apartment complex located in a quiet, green area known since the Meiji period as the residential district of important figures in the political and business world.
Front Place Chiyoda-Ichibancho
A mid-sized tenant office building that responds to the need for employees to come to the office after the COVID-19 pandemic and the diversification of work styles and values
Shin-Aoyama Building Renovation
This project updated an urban complex connected to a subway station on three lines, originally designed by our company (then Mitsubishi Estate) and completed in 1978, to ensure that it continues to be a "leading presence in the city."
