A base for switching between driverless and manned operation of self-driving trucks will be established in Ayase City, Kanagawa Prefecture

Our company participated in the project from the upstream stage in CCM operations, supporting the realization of this initiative, which was the first of its kind in Japan as a logistics company.

We are pleased to announce that we have received an order from T2 Co., Ltd. to provide civil construction management (CCM) services and are participating in the project to build a base in Ayase City, Kanagawa Prefecture, which is scheduled for completion in February​ ​2026 and will switch between unmanned driving on expressways and manned driving on public roads connecting interchanges and customer locations.

CCM work (CCM service) is a service provided by our company that involves the civil engineering aspects of the early stages of construction projects and supports businesses from the "land selection, land use consideration, and planning and concept" stage.
We commit to the business from an upstream stage beyond the usual commercial work, and by utilizing the multidisciplinary technical capabilities that only a comprehensive design office can offer, we aim to smoothly promote the business and improve quality.
