2027 International Horticultural Expo (GREEN×EXPO 2027)
Exhibition overview released

The Mitsubishi International Horticultural Exposition General Committee, comprised of 24 Mitsubishi Group companies, has announced the pavilion name, building design, and exhibition theme for the 2027 International Horticultural Exposition (GREEN×EXPO 2027). We are pleased to announce that we will be working on Architectural Design as part of the Mitsubishi Future Museum project team.

Building Design
The building's design also expresses a large group of people made up of small pieces, with the idea of everyone working together to create a happier tomorrow.The building will use GX House (provided by Daiwa Lease Co., Ltd.), a reusable prefabricated building provided by the 2027 World Horticultural Exposition Association, with the aim of creating a circular building.

A rich earth connected by everyone

Additionally, we will reuse wood used in Mitsubishi Pavilion Pavilion at the Osaka-Kansai Expo, which closed on Monday, October 13, 2025, in order to preserve the life of the building and demonstrate the sustainability of construction, and we aim to create a total design for the main building that takes into account its demolition.
