MUFG PARK receives the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's Urban Affairs Bureau Director-General's Award
2025 41st Urban Park Contest Design Category
We are pleased to announce that MUFG PARK, designed by our company, won the Director-General of the Urban Affairs Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport Urban Park Contest held in 2025, sponsored by the Japan Park and Green Spaces Association. The award ceremony was held on October 31st.
The Urban Parks Competition recognizes works related to the design, construction, materials, construction methods, facilities, and management and operation of urban parks that have already begun operation, and aims to contribute to improving the technical standards of urban park design, construction, management and operation, and to the creation of urban parks for a new era.

MUFG PARK
This project transformed Musashino Athletic Field, which is owned by the bank and has long been a place for employees to socialize, into a facility open to the public.Recognizing the forest that has been cultivated for over half a century as a valuable asset, the project aimed to preserve and pass on this environment, and to turn it into a place for recreation and community building for the future of the local community and society. The park also houses the MUFG Library, which was also designed by our company.
