In addition to overseas work through secondments to our two overseas subsidiaries and other overseas subsidiaries of Mitsubishi Estate Group companies, we also have various overseas training programs. Mitsubishi Jisho Design is a multidisciplinary group that handles a wide range of fields, including architectural design, structural design, electrical equipment MEP Engineering, urban planning, civil engineering, engineering, and Construction Management (CM). One of its distinctive features is that it hires new graduates for each of these fields. We spoke to five employees who have been with the company for one or two years after graduating from university about their job hunting and training after joining the company.

Our company participated in the Nagasaki Stadium City project as a commercial manager, making a wide-ranging commitment from planning to construction, contributing to the opening of a facility beloved by the local community.
