Mitsubishi Jisho Design Inc, headquartered in Chiyoda City, Tokyo, led by President and CEO Junichi Tanisawa, is pleased to announce the establishment of its office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, effective December 1, 2025. This expansion aims to strengthen the company’s design and consulting operations across the Gulf Region and South Asia.

Our overseas expansion began with the launch of our Shanghai office in 2007 and the formation of a local subsidiary (Mitsubishi Jisho Design (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.) in 2011. Building on our success in China and Taiwan, we strategically extended our presence to ASEAN with the opening of our Singapore office in 2013, which became a local subsidiary (Mitsubishi Jisho Design Asia Pte. Ltd.) in 2016, reinforcing our global growth momentum.

Dubai’s position as a regional business and innovation hub makes it an ideal base for our next phase of international development. We seek to build a strong business network across the Gulf region and South Asia. By applying our expertise in high-quality urban and architectural design, as well as cutting-edge environmental and energy-saving technologies, we aim to contribute to creating sustainable developments and long-term urban planning across the Gulf Region and South Asia.
