Announcement of organizational changes and changes in executive officers
Mitsubishi Jisho Design Inc. announces the following organizational changes and personnel changes.
I. Organizational changes effective April 1st
1. Establishment of the Group
① Establishment of Co-Development Group
In order to expand the system that allows us to work closely with customers from the early stages of commercialization and promote business while working together to create new value, we will establish a new "Co-Development Group." This group will include the newly established "Social Co-Creation Department (described below)," as well as the "Planning & Project Consulting Department" and "Urban Environmental Planning Department," which have been involved in many businesses from the upstream stage.
In addition, the Social Design Office within the Consulting Group Business Division will be transferred to the Planning & Project Consulting Department.
2. Establishment and transfer of departments
① Establishment of Social Co-Creation Department
In order to strengthen support for co-creation business development as a strategic partner with local governments and developers in each region, taking into account industrial and urban policies, the Strategic Sales Office within the Sales Promotion Department will be reorganized into the Social Co-Creation Department and transferred to the newly established Co-Development Group. Okinawa Office (described below) will be newly established within the same department, and Yokohama Office within the Project Promotion Department will be transferred to it.
② Transfer of Design Studio
In order to strengthen creative solution proposals based on extensive know-how in urban development and Architectural Design, the Design Studio will be positioned as a company-wide organization and made independent from the Architectural Group.
③ Establishment of Data Management Facility Design Department
The Data Center Planning Office within the Engineering Group's Operations Department will be reorganized into the Data Management Facility Design Department, which will be responsible for all aspects Architectural Design Construction Supervision, as well as renovation work, for data centers and other facilities for which long-term social demand is expected to continue.
4) Establishment of Okinawa Office

⑤ Establishment of the Feasibility and Planning Office
A new "Feasibility and Planning Office" will be established within the Architectural Design Division with the aim of integrating and further utilizing the development and design know-how accumulated within the Architectural Group.
⑥ Establishment of the Stadium and Arena Consulting Office
In order to actively promote stadium and arena facility-related work, which will be the core of future urban development and regional revitalization, a new "Stadium and Arena Consulting Office" will be established within Construction Management Department.
⑦ Establishment of a Legal Affairs Office
In order to further strengthen governance and compliance systems in response to the increasingly sophisticated business environment, the legal functions within the Business Department and the construction-related legal functions within the Technical Management Department will be integrated, and a new "Legal Affairs Office" will be established within the General Affairs Department (described below).
3. Change of organization name
The "Airport Business Promotion Office" within Construction Management Department will be renamed the "Airport Facilities Consulting Office." In addition, the "Sales Promotion Office" will be renamed the "Business Development Department," the "Human Resources Planning Office" will be renamed the "Human Resources Department," and the "Business Office" will be renamed the "General Affairs Department" to clarify each department's role.

II. Changes in officers
1. Newly appointed and promoted executive officers effective April 1st
The directors will be decided at the extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders to be held in March 2026, and the representative director will be decided at the board of directors meeting to be held in April 2026.
2. Executive Officers whose responsibilities will change as of April 1st
*The positions will be officially decided after going through the procedures at each company.
3. New Executive Fellows (effective April 1st)
4. Retiring Executive Officers and Executive Fellows effective March 31
III. Executive Changes Effective April 1st
Effective April 1, Naoki Suzuki, Fellow Planning & Project Consulting Department, will become Director Planning & Project Consulting Department (while continuing to serve as Director of the Redevelopment Solutions Office), Tsutomu Okanishi, General Manager of Renovation Design Division, will become Director of Renovation Design Division, and Koji Kitajima, General Manager of the Quality Control Office, will become Director of the Quality Control Office.
IV. List of Directors and Auditors as of April 1st
The directors will be decided at the extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders to be held in March 2026, and the representative director will be decided at the board of directors meeting to be held in April 2026.
