The "(Tentative name) Mt. Fuji's Bounty Industrial Park" is a facility with functions similar to a roadside station, serving as a hub for "Gotemba-style economic and tourism revitalization" that makes the most of the blessings of Mt. Fuji. Our company was awarded the consulting services for the launch of this project through a public proposal process, and formulated the basic concept in June 2025. This workshop was proposed by our company to Gotemba City as a "community development project involving high school students," following the numerous opinions received from students of the school during the public comment period conducted when the basic concept was formulated, and was subsequently adopted.
Moving forward, our company will continue to support co-creative business development that brings out the value of the region through new urban development projects involving collaboration between industry, government, and academia, working in cooperation with government, local communities, and diverse stakeholders.
A four-part interactive workshop in collaboration with Gotemba High School
Starting in October 2025, we collaborated with the Creative Business Department of Gotemba High School to conduct a series of four interactive workshops. Our company was in charge of overall coordination, and we engaged in discussions with 21 students, divided into four teams, on the themes of "A place to experience the charm of Gotemba's water" and "An ideal way to spend time at the industrial park after school," drawing out frank opinions and lively ideas.
Furthermore, in collaboration with Gotemba Premium Outlets, located within the same city, the students conducted face-to-face surveys with tourists. Through this process, we provided support to help the students refine their ideas for the industrial park into concrete and original proposals.

Overview of the interactive workshop
Through workshops, we contribute to promoting the creation of a new base unique to Gotemba.
In January 2026, we held a presentation of the workshop's results. The presentations were attended by the mayor, deputy mayor, and many city officials (our company also participated as a judge). The presentations showcased a variety of unique proposals, including an "outdoor movie theater," "horse riding experience," "cafe," "foot bath," and "trout fishing," all of which could be enjoyed by everyone while gazing at Mt. Fuji.
The ideas gained from this workshop will be used to create a new hub unique to Gotemba that will be loved by high school students and other citizens when formulating concept design in the future.
Strengthening the system for collaborative urban development and business creation.
In April 2026, we established the "Co-Development Group" with the aim of expanding our structure to work closely with clients from the initial stages of various business developments, walking hand in hand with them to promote businesses and create new value. The group includes the "Social Co-Creation Department Department," newly established to strengthen support for co-creation type business development while taking into account industrial and urban policies in various regions, as well as the "Planning & Project Consulting Department" and the "Urban Environmental Planning Department." Through collaboration across the entire group and the entire company, we will respond to a wide range of societal challenges and needs.
