The Landmark Nagoya Sakae

This project is a large-scale complex consisting of offices, a hotel, a cinema complex, shops, etc., and is based on the concept of "SAKAE URBAN FABRIC," a new landmark for Nagoya that will be a base for creating value for domestic and international culture and exchange that weaves together the "world," "people," and "town." The facade design aims to create a symbolic tower that expresses the way Sakae's various urban elements are "spun, woven, and worn" as threads.
Construction is currently underway with the aim of completion in March 2026. Our company has been involved from the project proposal stage, creating plans, and after the proposal was awarded, we worked with the contractor on the design stage, and during the construction stage we provided technical support to the contractor as the CM and facade supervisor.
