Construction Manager Supporting Business Operators in YOKOHAMA SYMPHOSTAGE Minato Mirai 21 Central District Block 53 Development Project

This large-scale mixed-use development project will create two buildings with over 180,000 m2 of office space, hotels, shops, and other amenities, as well as a plaza-like open space in a new core block aimed at revitalizing the Minato Mirai 21 central district.
We participate as CMr from schematic design stage, providing technical support to the contractor in terms of quality, cost, and schedule during the design stage, and as a liaison with the designer and builder during the construction stage, we fully support the contractor's decision-making by confirming and discussing design changes.
