MJD’s Civil Engineering and Consulting Capabilities Enabling Development Project for Japan’s First “NextGeneration Core Logistics Center” Directly Connected to Expressway Interchange

We are currently working on a development plan for a core logistics facility that will be able to accommodate next-generation mobility and will have a dedicated rampway directly connected to a highway interchange. This facility was proposed and realized by utilizing our civil engineering expertise. The vast site required for the facility construction is planned to be created through a land readjustment project in collaboration with Mitsubishi Estate and the respective landowners. We proposed the plan and supported the various agreements that were reached, which made this possible. We are in charge of architectural design and construction supervision and business consulting for this project.
