KMG Bldg.

This complex building, located along a major road in Fukuoka City, is made up of the headquarters and showroom of an automobile dealership, restaurants, and tenant offices. In order to make the showroom accessible to women and young people, the first floor was opened to the town as a cafe, and a white "belt" symbolizing the bond with the local community created a space that seamlessly connects the showroom to the town. This plan embodies the client's management vision of "creating a store and people that are loved by the local community."
