TS. LANDMARK PLAZA

This is the second phase of development adjacent to southern Taiwan's largest shopping mall (opened in 2015, designed Mitsubishi Jisho Design). We envisioned an overall image of a walkable area that encompasses the surrounding blocks that are scheduled for development in the future. Through simulations, we aimed to create a comfortable outdoor environment even in the area where daytime temperatures are high, and planned a commercial facility with abundant greenery and layered green terraces around the plaza. We also proposed lighting plans and economical construction methods. With a meticulous approach in the Japanese style, we were able to realize the concept we had drawn up with the developer.
