TS. LANDMARK PLAZA

This is the second phase of development adjacent to southern Taiwan's largest shopping mall (opened in 2015, designed Mitsubishi Jisho Design). We envisioned an overall walkable area that encompasses the surrounding blocks, which are scheduled for future development. Through simulations, we aimed to create a comfortable outdoor environment even in the area's high daytime temperatures, and planned a commercial facility with abundant greenery, with layered green terraces around the plaza. We also proposed lighting plans and economical construction methods. With meticulous Japanese-style efforts, we were able to realize the concept we envisioned with the developer.
