This project involved rebuilding a tenant office building located at an intersection that was once the center of the castle town of the Sendai Domain. Aiming to create a building that would become the starting point for urban development and bring vitality to the town, we planned to create a face facing the intersection that features curved eaves and curved glass, as well as a cafe and event space that would be open to the local community. The workspace was divided into sections based on local office demand. We incorporated many measures to maximize revenue, such as providing spaces for relaxation, while achieving specifications worthy of a local landmark.
