This office building, which houses financial stores, has the theme of "a next-generation office building that connects people, towns, and businesses." It has a terrace where you can feel the wind, light, weather, and seasonal changes, and employees can freely choose where and where to work from a space that is continuous with the outside. The terrace, which visualizes the connection between the city and the workspace, differentiates the building from its surroundings, and gives it a strong presence from a distance, is made of wood-like materials, reminiscent of the eaves design seen in Fukui's castle towns. It is lit up to keep the building lively at night and the surrounding area safe.
