The three businesses jointly rebuilt the three old buildings due to changing needs as the area matured and the aging of the buildings. Mizuho Marunouchi Tower and the Bank Hall are a single building with a two-tiered height, and changes to facade create a sense of independence for both, along with Marunouchi Terrace (a separate building). The basement has been unified to centralize facilities, improving business capacity and disaster prevention performance, and introducing a district heating and cooling system (DHC). Part of the exterior has been jointly developed with the adjacent building. A through-route to the surrounding streets will contribute to revitalizing the city's pedestrian network.
