LIXIL WING HOSHI BUILDING
This new facility was planned to coincide with the consolidation of the globally expanding LIXIL Group's head office functions. For office workers seeking work styles and workplaces that respond to the changing times, the aim was to create an "office that blends in with the city's breezes" that not only pursues energy conservation but also adds comfort through natural ventilation. To achieve this, the building is wrapped in a "facade that is guided by the internal and external environment" and a "hybrid environmental control system," creating a new proposal for a sustainable office.
