CLT PARK HARUMI

CLT PARK HARUMI

An exhibition facility to promote domestic CLT (cross-laminated timber). It was used as a temporary building in Harumi, Tokyo for one year from completion until autumn 2020, after which it was moved to Maniwa, Okayama Prefecture as a permanent building. The potential of CLT as a new material is expressed in two buildings with different structures, a pavilion building and an indoor exhibition building, and the construction methods and details that make it possible to move the building were developed.
