TOKIO MARINE CAREER DEVELOPMENT CENTER
This training facility consists of a dormitory and training building that can accommodate 240 people. Located in a residential area with abundant green space, domestic timber is used throughout the interior and facade, including facade louvers and an interior made of a variety of tree species, to create a continuity with the local landscape. Not only the training rooms, but also the numerous spaces for conversation, socializing, and learning in the foyer and corridors will stimulate learning and interaction. In consideration of BCP, a seismic isolation structure has been adopted for the dormitory. With a variety of emergency equipment, it was designed to also function as a disaster prevention facility for the company.
