TOKIO MARINE CAREER DEVELOPMENT CENTER
This training facility consists of a training building and a lodging building that can accommodate 240 people. Located in a residential area with abundant green space, domestic wood is used throughout the interior and facade, including facade louvers and an interior featuring a wide variety of tree species, ensuring continuity with the local scenery. Not only the training rooms, but also the numerous spaces for conversation, socializing, and learning in the foyer and corridors stimulate learning and interaction. Considering BCP, a seismic isolation structure is used for the lodging building. With a variety of emergency equipment, it is designed to function as a disaster prevention facility for companies.
