A renovation project for an office building that is approximately 40 years old.
The old extension built 25 years ago was demolished and a new, larger-scale extension was built, renewing the functionality of both the existing and existing sections. The expansion and renovation of the existing windows with phosphate-galvanized frames was designed to ensure smoke exhaust by changing the ceiling height and to reduce solar radiation. facade of the new extension is made of reinforced concrete made from locally grown cedar, finished with real cedar board formwork, which also expresses the local character.
