A hotel and hot spring facility planned on the site in conjunction with the fourth phase expansion of Gotemba Premium Outlets®.
Taking advantage of the view of Mt. Fuji from its favorable location on high ground, the hotel features guest room windows with no sagging walls, a lobby with a view all the way to the mountaintop, a stepped large bath, etc. The deeply carved column-beam outer frame, which is a key feature of the exterior, not only serves as a structural frame, but also reduces afternoon sun, eliminates interference with the large bath, and increases the effective floor space of the guest rooms.
