Ginza Marronnier Terrace
Commercial building reconstruction project.
Miyata Tanaka Architectural Institute was specially commissioned by the client to oversee facade design. To clearly express facade theme of a "show window," a contrasting design was created in which a light glass box penetrates a solid stone volume. The first floor entrance features a ceramic tile painting by Hiroshi Senju, a close friend of the client. Based on our track record in a similar project in Ginza, we provided a full menu of commercial services from concept design stage to the completion of construction.
