SHONAN SHIRAYURI GAKUEN Junior & Senior High School Renovation Support

Planned renovation of existing school buildings and improvement of the educational environment. We established a rational order for the renovation of facade, interior, facilities, and exterior structures, and created a seven-year renovation plan that leveled out each year's budget. Detailed plans were drawn up for each year based on the policy, and we selected contractors, coordinated related construction work, ensured quality, and confirmed the appropriateness of construction costs. Waterproofing of the roof and renovation of the exterior walls, redevelopment of the courtyard, and partial renovation of the library and special classrooms have all been completed, and we are currently working on improving the educational environment, such as the audiovisual room, and updating of core facilities.
