Logicross Kasukabe

This is a multi-tenant logistics facility developed by Mitsubishi Estate as part of their "Logicross" series of logistics facilities. By creating a box-shaped structure with a truck berth on one side of the first floor, we have been able to efficiently secure warehouse space while also ensuring functionality that meets the various needs of tenants (partitions, power outlets, air conditioning, etc.).
Utilizing our know-how and experience with this series, we provided technical support throughout the entire project, from the creation of concept design to the design and construction contractor selection stage, design stage, and construction stage.
