Logicross Hasuda

This is a multi-tenant logistics facility developed by Mitsubishi Estate as part of their "Logicross" series of logistics facilities. By using a 1-2 berth structure with truck berths located in the central driveways on the first and second floors, the warehouse space is efficiently secured and functionality is ensured to meet the various needs of tenants (partitions, power supply, air conditioning, etc.).
Utilizing our know-how and experience with this series, we provided technical support throughout the entire project, from the creation of concept design to the design and construction contractor selection stage, design stage, and construction stage.
