This is a multi-tenant logistics facility development in the "Logicross" series of logistics facilities by Mitsubishi Estate. By installing a single rampway and creating a central driveway on each floor, warehouse space is efficiently secured, while functionality that meets the various needs of tenants (partitions, power supply, air conditioning, etc.) is ensured.
Utilizing our know-how and experience with this series, we provided technical support throughout the entire project, from the creation of concept design to the design and construction contractor selection stage, design stage, and construction stage.
