This is a BTS* logistics facility project in Mitsubishi Estate 's "Logicross" series of logistics facilities. With the aim of improving usability, the first floor was designed as a box-type building with double-sided berths, efficiently securing warehouse space and meeting the needs of master lease tenants. Utilizing our know-how and experience with this series, we provided Construction Management services at concept design, ordering and contracting, design, and construction stages.
*Build To Suit: A logistics facility that is designed and constructed to meet the needs of tenants who have already decided to move in.
