This is a BTS-type* logistics facility project in Mitsubishi Estate 's "Logicross" series of logistics facilities. To improve usability, the first floor was designed as a box type with double-sided berths, efficiently securing warehouse space and responding to the needs of master lease tenants. Utilizing our know-how and experience with this series, we provided Construction Management services at concept design stage, order contract stage, design stage, and construction stage.
*Build To Suit: A logistics facility that is designed and constructed to meet the needs of tenants who have already decided to move in.
