Logicross Yokohama Kohoku

This is a multi-tenant logistics facility developed as part of Mitsubishi Estate 's "Logicross" series of logistics facilities. By creating a box-shaped structure with a truck berth on one side of the first floor, we were able to efficiently secure warehouse space while also ensuring functionality that meets the needs of various tenants (partitions, power sources, air conditioning, etc.).
Utilizing our know-how and experience with this series, we provided technical support throughout the entire project, from the creation of concept design to the design and construction contractor selection stage, the design stage, and the construction stage.
