This is a multi-tenant logistics facility developed as part of Mitsubishi Estate 's "Logicross" series of logistics facilities. By creating a box-shaped structure with truck berths on both sides of the first floor, it is possible to efficiently secure warehouse space while also ensuring functionality that meets the various needs of tenants (partitions, power sources, air conditioning, etc.).
Utilizing our know-how and experience with this series, we provided technical support throughout the entire project, from the creation of concept design to the design and construction contractor selection stage, design stage, and construction stage.
