This is a multi-tenant logistics facility developed as part of Mitsubishi Estate 's "Logicross" series of logistics facilities. By creating a box-shaped structure with truck berths on both sides of the first floor, we have efficiently secured warehouse space while also ensuring functionality that meets the needs of various tenants (partitions, power sources, air conditioning, etc.).
Utilizing our know-how and experience with this series, we provided technical support throughout the entire project, from the creation of concept design through to the selection of the design and construction company, the design stage, and the construction stage.
