Development of a multi-tenant logistics facility as part of Mitsubishi Estate 's "Logicross" series of logistics facilities.
By configuring the warehouse in a "1-3 berth" configuration, with truck berths located on the first and third floors, we are able to efficiently secure warehouse space while also ensuring functionality that meets various tenant needs (partitions, power supply, air conditioning, etc.).
Utilizing the know-how and experience of this series, CM provided technical support throughout the entire project, starting with the creation of concept design, the design and construction contractor selection stage, the design stage, and the construction stage.
