Development of a multi-tenant logistics facility as part of Mitsubishi Estate 's "Logicross" series of logistics facilities.
By using a "1-3 berth" configuration with truck berths located on the first and third floors, warehouse space can be secured efficiently while functionality is ensured to meet various tenant needs (partitions, power supply, air conditioning, etc.).
Utilizing our know-how and experience in this series, we provided technical support throughout the entire project, from the creation of concept design, through the design and construction contractor selection stage, design stage, and construction stage, as CM.
