"Airport North Side Cargo Facility Development Construction" Requirement Specification Creation Work

We created a requirement specification to select a design and construction contractor. After being selected through an open competitive process, we conducted a site survey and then created concept design for the new construction, a rough budget, a schedule, a rolling plan, etc. We compiled these into a "requirement specification" that organized the given conditions (design conditions and construction conditions) for selecting a design and construction contractor.
