"Airport North Side Cargo Facility Development Construction" Requirement Specification Creation Work

Creation of requirements specifications etc. for selecting a design and construction contractor. After being selected through an open competitive bidding process, we conducted an on-site survey and created concept design, rough budget, schedule, rolling plan etc. for the new construction. We compiled these into a "requirements specification" that organized the given conditions (design conditions and construction conditions) for selecting a design and construction contractor.
